Terms of Service
Payment:
Paypal(preferred) or Kofi, in US dollars. At least half of the total price must be paid upfront. For artwork, it's half after the sketch and half before I send the finished work. For writing, it's half at the start and half before final product.
Refunds will be paid fully if I did not start work, no refunds otherwise. For art commissions, sketches count as starting work.
When sending money for Paypal, please leave the note/memo field blank.Services:
Art: I mainly draw human / humanoids (including fanart). I can try anthros / ferals / animals / light gore. I don’t do mechas / excessive gore / NSFW / fetish / hate art / political imagery / complicated perspectives and backgrounds / real people.
Writing: I can do a short scene, story, or letter from a fictional character. I do not do excessive gore / NSFW / hate content.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
I retain all rights to the commissioned work.
Turnaround Time (TAT) depends on commission types, so feel free to ask.Usage:

You can use my art/writing for personal use. Credit isn’t required(see below though) but very much appreciated. Please do not claim the art as your own work. This includes submitting it for homework or art/writing competitions.
There is a +200% charge for commercial use, which must be discussed beforehand. For commercial work, I require credit.
You are more than welcome to make non-commerical, personal merchs / prints / etc (feel free to send me a picture!).
Please do not edit my work. For artwork, simple cropping (for profile picture or header, etc.) is fine, but please don’t do anything beyond that.
